This may be the last photo of Miami Dolphins QB Chad Pennington in action for the rest of eternity. Out for the year with a season-ending shoulder injury, Pennington, who never quite had a cannon for an arm to begin with, is meeting with The Sports Career Grim Reaper Dr. James Andrews in Birmingham, Alabama to get himself some surgery. After he does his stint in rehab, he’ll decide if he’s got the skillz to continue to pay the billz, or if it’s his time to be put out to pasture. Guarantee everyone but the 33 year-old Chad already knows how this is gonna end play out. Hey, at least there’s blood in his (final?) photo.
