Marshawn Lynch runs 67 yards past the New Orleans Saints and into the history books as the (now) 8-9 Seattle Seahawks move on to the second round of the 2011 playoffs.

Seattle Seahawks Head Coach Pete Carroll put a fake snake in a cooler and secretly videotaped his players reactions. Hilarity ensues.
Also avoiding a QB, the Seattle Seahawks opted instead for Notre Dame WR Golden Tate with the 60th Overall Pick. The Seahawks look to go on the Offensive this year, and it’s no surprise that Pete Carroll is behind all of this. Oddly enough, he has sidestepped his old players from USC in the draft thus far. Interesting.
With their second 1st Round pick, the Seattle Seahawks take S Earl Thomas 14th Overall. Now that they filled a rather large hole on offense, the Seahawks are balancing things out on the defense. Two 1 rounders, so early? Not bad for Seattle. Could Carroll be a lucky charm?
QB Matt Hasselbeck is probably the happiest bro in Seattle right now. OT Russell Okung is the 6th Overall pick in the Draft, going to the Seattle Seahawks. What’s the over-under for Hasselbeck’s concussion tally? 2? 3? Has new Head Coach Pete Carroll come up with some nicknames for him yet?
The look on the San Diego Super Chargers fan is probably the same look on your face right now. Sheesh, with fans like that, the Seattle Seahawks don’t need any opposition from the stands. Good lord.
If you needed any clues as to how the Seattle Seahawks could dominate the Jacksonville Jaguars 41-0, just take a look at Seahawks fullback Owen Schmitt’s pre-game introduction. Oh and it isn’t the first time he’s gone head-to-helmet with himself either. He got enough practice in college as well. Wonder if he can make this happen the rest of the season.
“Wow, Nice Game Plan” is probably my favorite. Those Seattle Seahawks fans are spicy!! As for the St. Louis Rams linebacker Quinton Culberson, now he knows what it’s like to be a Bluth.
